Configuring your email client: Netscape 4.5, 4.6, or 4.7

	1.	Open Netscape Mail 4.5, 4.6, or 4.7
	2.	Click 'Edit,' and select 'Preferences.'



	3.	Open 'Mail & Newsgroups,' and click 'Mail Servers.'



	4.	Enter 'mail.domainname' in the 'Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:' field, and enter your username (including '@domainname' in the 'Outgoing mail server user name:' field.
	5.	Click 'Add...' to add a new POP Server.
	6.	Enter 'mail.domainname' in the 'Server Name:' field.
	7.	Select 'POP 3 Server' as the 'Server Type.'
	8.	Enter your username (including '@domainame) in the 'User Name:' field.



		*Make sure the box next to 'Leave messages on server' is not checked.



	9.	Click 'Identity' in left column.



	10.	Enter your name in the 'Your Name' field.
	11.	Enter your full email address (username@domainname) in the 'Email Address:' field.
	12.	Enter your email address in the 'Reply-to Address:' field.

		Congratulations! You're done configuring your client to send and retrieve messages.
